Who We Are

Calla~ I am 15 years old, and this is my first trip to EYE. I am active in my home youth group, help in the nursery and participate in services as an acolyte. My hope is to make new friends and learn more about my faith. My outside activities include cheerleading and Jobs Daughters.

Michelle~ I am 15 years old, and this is my first trip to EYE. I am in youth group and help in the nursery. Meeting new people and gaining a better understanding of the Episcopal faith. I originally came from the Catholic Church and hoping that this experience helps me understand my faith. I'm very active in track and cheerleading at my high school and in Jobs Daughters.

Trina~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I love going to TEC in the summers and can't wait to return next year. I'm scared and very excited at the same time because it is so far from home. I'm really interested in meeting new people, having new experinces and looking for something that will help me open my eyes to God. I'm very active on my local swim team.

Lacy~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and am very active in the services from acolyting to reading. I'm hoping this will help me make new friends. At home I participate in many activities a few of them are bowling, show choir, band, and anything musical.

Nicole~ I am 16 years old, this my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and am active in the services. I'm hoping to make new friends and have a better understanding of the bible and my faith. I love to dance and sing and have lots of fun with whatever I'm doing.

Mallory~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and am active in the services. I'm hoping to meet new kids and get a better understanding of the Episcopal faith. I am very active in musical theatre and dance.

Carly~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group. I'm hoping to gain close friendships and better understanding of my faith. I love art and creating art.

Jamela~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group. I'm hoping to meet new people and have a better understanding of my faith. I enjoy sports and art and hanging out with my friends.

Kelsey~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group. I'm hoping to meet in new people and making lasting friendships and to learn more about my faith. I enjoy arts and crafts and sports and riding horses.

Willie~ I am 17 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am active in my home youth group and participate in services at my home church. I'm hoping to meet new people and have a good time. I am active in track and football.

Jake~ I am 15 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am active in my home youth group and participate in services at my church. I'm hoping to see new states, and meet new people. I'm in sports and play the drums.

Chris~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am active in my home youth group and participate in services at my church. I'm hoping to travel through Kansas, meet new people and develop long lasting relationships with people in Omaha and survive the bus trip. I play lots of football and do a lot of mountain biking.

Jessica~ I am 19 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and church services. I'm hoping to gain new friendships and see new places. I enjoy being outside.

Nick~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and church services. I'm hoping to learn new things, meet new people and have new experiences. I like extreme sports and music.

Kyle~ I am 16 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and church services. I'm hoping to gain good friendships from going on this trip. I enjoy all sports.

Jennifer~ I am 17 years old, this is my first trip to EYE. I am very active in my home youth group and church services. I'm hoping to make new friends and strengthen my spirituality. I'm a member of my high school band, lifeguard and teach swim lessons.

Jane~ I am 51 years old, this is my second trip to EYE. I am Children's and Youth Ministries Coordinator at my church and have been involved in youth ministry all my life. I'm looking forward to everything about EYE. There is so much energy, the worship is wonderful and the music is amazing; the kids are also great!

Nathalie~ I am 25 years old, this is my second trip to EYE (first as a chaperone). I'm very active in my home church and am church seceratary at my church. I've always been very active in youth ministry as a youth and now as a parent. I'm looking forward to helping the kids on their faith missions and also finding my place as an adult.

Rick~ I am a young 51, and this is my second EYE trip. I am very active in my church with Altar Guild, Eucharistic Minister, and many other duties as called upon. I'm hoping to renew some acquaintances from my last trip and see friends seminary perhaps. I'm looking to find out more about the greater church and to help get it back to the Diocese.
